Dr. Adam Plotkin earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia. He later trained in internal medicine at Brown University Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Following this training, he studied dermatology at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.
Since receiving his board certification from the American Board of Dermatology and becoming a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology in 1997, he published various articles in renowned medical journals.
Dr. Matthew Uhde received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego, a Master of Clinical Medical Science at Barry University, and a degree in Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University. During his college career, he was recognized with the Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine Dean’s Community Award. He was also welcomed into honor societies like Gold Humanism, Sigma Phi, and Psi Sigma Alpha.
Dr. Uhde then trained in internal medicine at JFK Medical Center before completing his dermatology residency at West Palm Beach VA Medical Center. He was a chief resident at both institutions. In 2016, Dr. Uhde became board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine and then, in 2019, board-certified in dermatology.
Dr. Ronnit Stein graduated from the Honors Program in Medical Education at the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a medical degree. Dr. Stein trained in internal medicine at Albert Einstein College/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, New York. She then completed her dermatology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
Since becoming board certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 2003, Dr. Ronnit Stein has published multiple articles in well-respected medical journals and partaken in various clinical trials, notably for laser surgery treatments. She is an expert speaker on dermatology and skin cancer, giving lectures nationwide, particularly to physicians at the American Academy of Dermatology.
After graduating with her Bachelor of Science from the University of Dallas, Dr. Kathleen Herne earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Houston Medical Center. Dr. Herne completed her one-year internship in Internal Medicine at Loyola University and later returned to Texas to complete a two-year fellowship in virology and dermatology at the University of Texas in Galveston. After this, she completed her residency in dermatology at the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
Dr. Burt Greenberg earned his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and a medical degree at SUNY-Upstate Medical School. He then underwent plastic and general surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania.
After completing his education, Dr. Greenberg became a Hand Surgery, Microsurgery, and Research fellow at Harvard Medical School – Massachusetts General Hospital, a fellow at the American College of Surgeons, and board-certified under the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
After graduating with honors with her bachelor’s degree in nursing and economics, Jessica Rodriguez worked in a hospital as a nurse treating patients in post-surgical cardiothoracic, vascular, and intensive care unit patients. She also ran a medical aesthetics office at the time, which sparked her interest in dermatology.
Ms. Jessica Rodriguez became a nationally board-certified dermatology nurse practitioner upon receiving her master’s degree from Florida Atlantic University. She also gained experience diagnosing and treating various skin cancers, disorders, and lesions while studying under Dr. Adam Plotkin and Dr. Matthew Udhe
Casey Turek has her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Nova Southeastern University. While studying for her master’s degree at Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, Ms. Turek was accepted into the National Nurses Honor Society and Sigma Tau. She received multiple scholarships and graduated in the top 15% of her class while working as a registered nurse in a hospital’s intensive care and cardiac units.
She took a liking to dermatology during her clinical trials. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University, she obtained her Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner board designation and joined Palm Beach Dermatology Group.
